Call the ACLUD Administrator (319-622-3840) or visit the Administrator at the office to discuss the type of activity that you are planning.  The Administrator will assist you in determining which permit you need to complete.  The Administrator can also assist you in completing the Permit application, or you can print the form from this website and complete on your own.
